Cleanliness & Respect
• Please arrive clean and freshly showered.
• Respectful behavior is expected—this is a safe, inclusive space for everyone.
• All clients are welcome, including LGBTQ+ and BIPOC clients.
No Guests
• No additional guests, children, or pets are allowed during your appointment unless I’ve given prior approval.
Payments Accepted
• Cash, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle, Gloss Genius Payments
Cancellations & No-Shows
• After 2+ same-day cancellations, a non-refundable deposit will be required for future bookings.
• Please cancel at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.

House Call Policies
Booking
• House calls must be booked at least 24 hours in advance
• New clients must complete a short intake form and provide a valid photo ID

Travel Fees
• $20 – within 10 miles
• $30 – within 10–20 miles
• $40 – within 20–30 miles

Safety + Professionalism
• I share my location with a trusted contact during house calls.
• Please have a clean, quiet, and private space ready for your service
• I reserve the right to leave if I feel unsafe or uncomfortable, with no refund.
